Join Us Helping Stay Up Late Celebrate Their 10th Birthday

Stay Up Late, one of our partner organisations offering support to people who are Deaf, disabled or neurodivergent, is turning ten this year and want your help in celebrating.

Stay Up Late is a charity committed to promoting the rights of people with learning disabilities to live the lifestyle of their choosing, running various programmes including Gig Buddies and offering support and guidance.

To help celebrate their tenth year, artist Jason O’Neill an Ambassador for Stay Up Late, has created a series of exciting graphics celebrating different aspects of the Stay Up Late and Gig Buddies community. If you’re feeling creative he’d love you to get colouring and decorating them, and of course sending us your creations. Here, Jason talks about how he got the idea for his art project and how you can take part.

“The idea for the art project came from a dream. I decided to make it a reality and got to work on it. I think it would help Stay Up Late to celebrate their tenth Birthday, because it will bring people together and it gets people involved. I would love people to take part in this art project, because I would like to see people’s colouring and drawing and also find out what they like about Stay up Late.”

There are three designs for posters. One is for Gig Buddies, one is for the Stay Up Late Ambassadors who help run our campaigning and one is for Wild Rainbows, their LGBT advisory group. You can download each of them here:
